    Later, got associated with Podar Educational Group, where I worked extensively with neurodiverse students including Autism, ADHD, Learning Disability, Intellectual Disability, while also advising emotional concerns of mainstream students.
    Led various programs on career counseling, emotional wellbeing, and study skills for senior students along with workshop for all students on good and bad touch, Cyber Safety, bullying, exams stress & anxiety, peer pressure. Also contributed to “Employee Assistance Program (EAP)” across 156 + schools employee associated with Podar Educational Group.Conducted parents & teachers workshop on sensitization towards emotional needs for 2.5 Years.
